Whether you're here for a month or year-round, Stoneybrook is a fantastic place to call home. This page is your comprehensive guide to common questions new residents often have. Below is a list of forms and documents, along with links, to help you get started on your Stoneybrook journey.

The Club Calendar is where you will find the most up-to-date information on activities. We recommend downloading the Stoneybrook app to have the most commonly used features at your fingertips.

1. SMGA Sign-up – Men’s Golf League sign-up
2. SWGA 18 Sign-up - Women’s 18-hole League sign-up
3. SWGA 9 Sign-up – Women’s 9-hole League
4. Tennis Association Sign-up
5. Envera Registration - Register for gate access to Stoneybrook
6.  Envera Access Control Registration Form -Control who can enter Stoneybrook as your guest
7. Architectural Request Form – Start the approval process for any exterior work on your property
8. Buffer Zone Maintenance Application – Request maintenance for the area between residences and the Golf Course
9. Disaster Preparedness Resident Information - Use this form to provide Emergency contact and special needs information, such as medicine, pets, etc.
10. Natural Area Maintenance Request – Natural areas adjacent to Stoneybrook properties are protected by Sarasota County; encroachment in these areas is strictly prohibited. Use this form to request maintenance, as needed
11. Grounds Comments/Suggestions – Have a comment or suggestion to improve the Stoneybrook grounds? Use this form to submit your idea to the Grounds Committee
12. Transfer of Membership – You may rent out your property for a period of at least one month. You must complete a Transfer of Membership request for your renter to use the Stoneybrook facilities. Click here to see Membership Transfer rates.
